PRICES

Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT (currently 17.5%).

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Depending on stock availability, we generally despatch orders within 14 working days of receiving them. Payment will only be taken and an email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready to be despatched.

Each item of jewellery comes with a voile bag and is gift-wrapped in a box.

Post and packing charges are not included in the prices.

All UK orders are sent 1st class recorded delivery. The minimum carriage charge is £ 5.00 including VAT.

International orders are sent Air Mail “International Signed For®” delivery. The customer will be contacted prior to despatch to confirm the shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY

A refund will be issued on any necklace or bracelet purchase returned within 14 days of the day the item was shipped, as long as the goods and packaging are returned in their original state. Post and packing charges will not be refunded. Please use registered post.

We regret we cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our aim is to provide the best quality possible to our customers. Please note that all stones, pearls and beads have been carefully selected. They may vary slightly in size and colour from those illustrated.

CARE OF JEWELLERY

When caring for the jewellery we advise the customer to use a gentle polishing cloth and to avoid contact with soap or any other cleaning solution.
